Boasting a graceful, curved roof and stone columns, its design is inspired from the surrounding Rocky Mountains. At Aspen Snowmass, we offer seven signature burgers across our four mountains. Whether you’re seeking a classic cheeseburger or a tasty twist on your patty, each burger is crafted using grass-fed beef and offers a nod to the eateries in which they’re served. Elk Camp Signature Bacon Cheeseburger
This hearty, locally raised, grass-fed beef cheeseburger is all dressed up with candied bacon and a roasted garlic caramelized onion marmalade, topped with lettuce, charred tomatoes, house-made Boursin cheese and served on a brioche bun.
