Boasting a graceful, curved roof and stone columns, its design is inspired by the surrounding Rocky Mountains. Cozy up next to the fireplace with a hearty bowl of local beef chili and cornbread, or create your own salad with an array of fresh greens, vegetables and specialty dressings. Other selections featured at various stations include rotisserie, outdoor grill (weather permitting), hand-tossed pizzas and a bakery to satisfy your sweet tooth. Summer or winter, dining al fresco on the expanded deck is always a good choice.

Every Sunday at Elk Camp the rotisserie station turns into an all day breakfast station serving up classic favorites like french toast and biscuits and gravy.
