Panda Peak, a free chairlift right at the base, gives young skiers and first-timers an easy place to start. Gentle greens and blues, plus dedicated learning spaces like The Hideout, make it easy to build confidence and progress. Buttermilk is also home to X Games Aspen and world-class terrain parks, bringing some of the biggest names in action sports to the mountain each winter.
