FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How can I get my lift ticket? Lift tickets are available for purchase with your credential at the Buttermilk ticket office only. The special rate of $42 is available only to competitors and coaches from February 21 - 26. This ticket is valid at all four of the Aspen/Snowmass mountains. Is there parking available on-site? YES – However, it is limited with mountain guests and other events taking place. We encourage you to carpool, explore hotel shuttle options or use RFTA (visit www.rfta.com for more information). Where I can put my gear during race time? During the race there will be a designated drop, on the snow, just outside of the restaurant doors. It is a covered space and available throughout the competition. No gear is to be left in Bumps. What happens if I miss my start time? Unfortunately, there are no exceptions for any missed start times. With numerous competitors it is imperative you be at the start gate on-time ready to compete. Keep in mind the Summit Express chair takes 15 minutes and the courses are both at the bottom of the mountain. Riders should allow for 25 minutes to get from the bottom of the chair to the venue.
