Snowmass Balloon Festival
The long-standing Rocky Mountain tradition features three days of 30+ festive balloons launching into the air amidst the sunrise and the stunning background of Snowmass in the fall.

The iconic Snowmass Balloon Festival returns to Snowmass Village for its 51st year. Spectators are encouraged to walk right up, drive in, or hike up to take in the sights of 15 hot air balloons taking flight each morning. After you’ve seen the balloons in all their beauty, stroll the Snowmass Mall or Base Village to enjoy breakfast or brunch.
The popular Night Glow will illuminate the night on Friday evening from 6-9pm, and the balloons will take flight from 7-9am on Saturday and Sunday.
