Close out your day on the slopes by leaning into the Aspen Snowmass Après Series this winter season. With rotating afternoon parties taking place nearly every day throughout the 2026-2027 season across all four mountains, the on-mountain après scene at Aspen Snowmass will live up to the stories you’ve heard for years.
As part of the season-long Après Series, select on-mountain restaurants will play host to DJ sets and featured drink specials, including hand-selected champagne and sparkling wines, as well as beer, and cocktails — keeping the libations flowing.
Gear up to go big at Elk Camp, Eleven212, or The Cabin on Snowmass. Enjoy the easy-to-access digs right at the base of Buttermilk at the Buttermilk Mountain Lodge. Revel in the magic of Merry-Go-Round on Aspen Highlands. And grab a drink and take in the views at The Sundeck on Aspen Mountain.

Aspen Mountain
Aspen Mountain is at the heart of après-ski culture. With 80 years of history, timeless charm meets a vibrant energy. At the Sundeck, enjoy next-level views of the Elk Mountains, cozy fireplaces, big tables for gathering, and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Just steps away, Eleven212, a mountain-top outdoor venue is bumping with live music or DJs, drink and food specials, and a modern, mountaintop experience unlike anything else.
Eleven212
Perched at 11,212 feet in elevation, rising above downtown Aspen and adjacent to the iconic Sundeck Restaurant, Eleven212 pulses with craft cocktails, electric DJ sets, and live music—all set against a stunning backdrop of Elk Mountain views. Steps from the gondola, pop in between runs or reserve your own space for the afternoon.
Sundeck
A legendary spot atop Aspen Mountain, Sundeck is where the mountain comes alive after a morning of skiing and riding, all season long. Live DJs, rotating events, and a sun-soaked deck that turns any lunch into something worth staying for. Fuel up for afternoon laps via the delicious market-style dishes or belly up to the full-bar and settle in for the afternoon.
Snowmass
From tacos and cold drinks on The Cabin Patio to the sweeping new deck at Ullrhof, Snowmass après starts the moment you click out of your bindings. Pull up a seat at Elk Camp, or let the afternoon stretch long over a Negroni Spritz and house-made pasta at Sam’s. However the day goes, Snowmass has a spot for it.
The Cabin
Snowmass’ unofficial après headquarters. The patio is where the mountain comes to decompress (and party) with good food, cold drinks, and a crowd that knows how to close out a ski day. Inside, it runs cozy and unhurried with rustic charm, made for long lunches. Big-name DJs have played sets in recent years and the energy overlooking Snowmass Village never fails to deliver.
Elk Camp
Situated mid-mountain on Snowmass and wide open to all. The sunny deck runs live music and DJ sets, the outdoor grill stays busy, and the Elk Camp Gondola gets the whole crew up — no matter their level. Market-style food, cold drinks, Alpine Coaster rides, and every spring, the legendary pond skim that closes out the season.
Ullrhof
Sitting at the base of Big Burn, the fully-renovated, fully-electric building is now twice the size and the energy matches. Grab a burger and a shake from the food hall, post up on the heated deck at Ullrgrill, or head upstairs to Ullrbar for cocktails and a gastropub menu that holds its own. Live music, good food, and a crowd fresh off the mountain.
Buttermilk
The Backyard at Buttermilk Mountain Lodge is the perfect spot to après after a day on the slopes. The outdoor seating offers the perfect patio scene with heated seating, delicious bites, craft cocktails, and DJ dance parties right at the base of the mountain, no lift ride required.

Aspen Highlands
Perched mid-mountain on Aspen Highlands, the Merry-Go-Round (MGR) is the ultimate après destination for those seeking a laidback vibe with local twist. After tackling the Highland Bowl or cruising Deep Temerity, unwind with a refreshing drink, savor freshly made bites, and enjoy live DJ sets as a part of the Après series.
Merry Go Round
Highlands runs its own way, and so does Merry-Go-Round. Southwestern food, a sunny patio, and a room that feels like it’s been here as long as the mountain has. Most days, it’s the perfect place to grab a good meal, enjoy the old-school vibes, and decompress after hiking the Highland Bowl. Oh and on closing day, there’s a mechanical bull and costume party.
Where Après Goes Legendary
Known for it’s authentic Alpine cuisine, incredible views of the Maroon Bells, and fun après scene, Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro on Aspen Highlands is the place to be come 2pm. Be prepared for Champagne spraying!
