Aspen Highlands has long been a favorite mountain among locals, and its two restaurants reflect the laid-back atmosphere of the valley. Merry-Go-Round offers several southwest options at its grab-and-go counters. Further up the mountain, Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro offers a slice of Switzerland in the Rocky Mountains, with fondue and raclette, views of the Maroon Bells, and a pop-the-bubbly après ski scene unmatched in North America.
