Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro — located midway up Aspen Highlands — has become a legendary restaurant for its authentic Alpine atmosphere, elegant cuisine and renowned après ski scene. With views of the iconic Maroon Bells — the American West’s most recognizable, postcard-perfect mountain peaks — and a cozy wood burning fireplace, dining here is an unforgettable experience.
