Dining in Snowmass just got an upgrade. The new Ullrhof has more than twice the seating of the original, with four dining concepts under one roof. Ski right to the door from Lunch Line or Max Park, then take your pick: a booth for the crew, a couch for a post-lunch hang, or a barstool to get après started early.
Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Big Burn and beyond, while vintage ski ads, old photos and retro gear bring Ullrhof’s history to life. Order from a kiosk or your phone to spend less time in line, and more time gearing up for afternoon laps.

Built for the Long View
The rebuilt Ullrhof is our first all-electric on-mountain restaurant and a blueprint for what comes next. Electric kitchens and heating, a high-performance building envelope that helps retain warmth, and an R-58 roof designed for exceptional insulation help it use energy more efficiently. Cross-laminated timber, an engineered wood, replaces much of the concrete and steel typically used in a building like this.
