Sightseeing Tickets

  • Single-Ride Sightseeing Ticket: Includes one ride up and down on either Aspen Mountain's Silver Queen gondola or Snowmass's Elk Camp gondola or chairlift. Sightseeing is free for children ages 6 & under. Tickets can be booked online, on the phone, or in person.
  • Sightseeing 3-day Ticket: Includes up to 3 days of gondola and chairlift rides on Aspen Mountain's Silver Queen gondola and Snowmass's Elk Camp gondola and chairlift. Valid up to 3 of 7 days. Tickets can be booked online, on the phone, or in person.

Sightseeing Season Pass

Includes unlimited sightseeing access through the 2025 summer season. Full summer lift access on Aspen Mountain's Silver Queen gondola and Snowmass's Elk Camp gondola and chairlift. Sightseeing is free for children ages 6 & under. Tickets can be booked online, on the phone, or in person.

Weather Policy

Summer weather in the Rocky Mountains is unpredictable and out of our control. As a result, we do not offer refunds due to weather impacts on our operation. Please check the forecast while planning your activities.

Bike Park Ticket

  • 1-Day Ticket: Snowmass Bike Park Lift Tickets include lift access for you and your bike on both the Elk Camp Gondola and Elk Camp Chairlift in Snowmass with access to all Snowmass Bike Park trails.
  • 3-Day Ticket: Snowmass Bike Park Lift Tickets include lift access for you and your bike on both the Elk Camp Gondola and Elk Camp Chairlift in Snowmass with access to all Snowmass Bike Park trails. 3-day ticket is valid for 3 out of 7 days.

Bike Park Pass

The Snowmass Bike Park is open daily from June 21-Sept 1. Weekend dates (Fri-Sun): Sept 5-7, 12-14, 19-21, 26-28 from 10:30am-4pm.

Please note: starting August 4, 2025, the Elk Camp chairlift will close for the season as we upgrade to a high-speed six-pack. While upper trails at Snowmass Bike Park will no longer be lift-served, the lower half of the park will remain accessible via the Elk Camp Gondola. The new chairlift is set to debut for the ski season in December 2025.

What To Bring

Required

  • Helmets are required for all riders in the Snowmass Bike Park. Helmets can be rented from a Four Mountain Sports location.
  • Closed Toe Shoes

Recommended

  • Helmet | Full Face Helmets Recommended for the Snowmass Bike Park
  • Eye Protection (sunglasses or goggles)
  • Full Finger Gloves
  • Moisture Wicking Tops (try to stay away from tank tops)

Waiver Requirements

  • Rental agreement must be signed at rental shop, at time of bike rental
  • eBike/Maroon Bells waiver required for anyone renting an eBike or eMTB – these can also be signed at rental shop

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings can be made online up to 48 hrs in advance
  • The Mountain Call Center can take bike rental reservations up until 12pm the day prior to the reservation (when inventory is available)
  • Walk-in bookings can only be accepted after 12pm the day prior and bikes are available on first-come, first-serve basis
  • Cancellations/changes must be made 48 hours in advance. Bikes not returned to a Four Mountain Sports location by the end of the rental period may be subject to additional charges

Lost Forest

All 2025 specific operation dates and times can be found on our Lost Forest page. Lost Forest offers three ticket options, Lost forest Base Ticket, Treeline ticket, and Canopy Tour Ticket, details can be found below.

Location

Lost Forest is located at the top of the Elk Camp Gondola in Snowmass. Many of the activities can reached by starting at the top of the gondola.

Waiver Requirements

Lost Forest requires signed waivers for all participants. All waivers can be filled out through your Aspen Snowmass Account Portal or during the online checkout process.

Lost Forest Base Ticket

Lost Forest Base Ticket includes lift access to Elk Camp gondola and chair, the Breathtaker Alpine Coaster, Rugged Ascent Climbing Wall, Robin's Nest, Aerial Approach Disc Golf, Trout Hook Fishing Pond, and Elevated Journeys Hiking Trails.

Rules and Regulations

Breathtaker Coaster

Driver Requirements:

  • Between 54 inches and 84 inches tall (137 to 213 centimeters)
  • Must be physically able to maintain seated position and use safety restraints
  • Capable of understanding and obeying all verbal and written instructions
  • Capable of visually identifying sled in front of them to maintain safe following distance
  • Able to operate brake levers to control the speed of the sled
  • Driver must be 16 years or older to pilot sled with passenger

Participant Requirements:

  • At least 38 inches (97 centimeters)
  • Must be shorter than the driver
  • Capable of holding onto front handle while sled is in motion
  • Total passenger (max of 2) weight for sled cannot exceed 375 pounds (170 kilograms) in dry conditions, 330 pounds (150 kilograms) in wet conditions

All Alpine Coaster participants must sign a liability waiver, which can be filled out through your Aspen Snowmass Account Portal.


Climbing Wall

  • Climbing Wall and Coaster are open from 10:30am to 4pm
  • Participant requirements:

    • At least 36 inches (91 centimeters) tall
    • Between 22 pounds and 330 pounds (10 to 150 kilograms)
    • Capable of understanding and obeying all verbal instructions from staff

    Participant rules:

    • Must wear closed-toe shoes to partake in the activity
    • Must sign a release of liability waiver
    • No food or gum is allowed
    • No lead climbing is allowed on the wall

    All Climbing Wall participants must sign a liability waiver, which can be filled out through your Aspen Snowmass Account Portal.

    Base Ticket Hours

    The Lost Forest Base Ticket does not require reservations or specific time slots. Ticket holders are welcome anytime during Lost Forest operations from 10:30am - 4pm. Please visit the Lost Forest page for specific date information.

    Lost Forest Treeline Ticket

    The Treeline Trial Challenge Course combines rappels, ziplines, bridges, and ladders for a thrilling obstacle course in the trees. Lost Forest Treeline Ticket includes access to Elk Camp gondola and chair, Treeline Trial Challenge Course, and all activities included in Lost Forest Base.

    Rules and Regulations

    Arrival Time

    • Treeline participants must check-in at the base of the Elk Camp Gondola at the time of your reservation (10:30am, 11am, 11:30am, 12pm, 12:30pm or 1pm). Guests may check in early to experience other Lost Forest activities before their Treeline experience.
    • Maximum of 10 people for 10am, 9 for all other orientations
    • Climbing Wall and Alpine Coaster are open from 10:30am to 4pm
    • Last time to begin Treeline courses 1 and 2: 4pm; Treeline courses 3, 4, and 5: 3:45pm

    Size and Age Restrictions

    • Guests must be 48 inches and 78 inches tall and able to reach at least 66 inches and weigh between 50 pounds and 250 pounds. There is a 'reach test' located at the base of the Elk Camp Gondola to check height requirements, you must pass this to participate in the Treeline course.
    • There are 5 courses of increasing difficulty. You may choose to (or be required to) forgo higher level courses based on ability or height. Entry does not guarantee completion of all courses
    • Challenge Courses 1 and 2 are suitable for the under 12 age group (must be at least 48 inches tall)
    • Children 11 and under must be accompanied by someone that is at least 16 years old
    • The ratio is 2 children (11 and under) to 1 adult (age 16+)

    Lost Forest Canopy Tour Ticket

    Soar above Snowmass with multiple ziplines, sky bridges, rappels, and platforms mounted in the trees themselves for a thrilling adventure through the canopy!

    Rules and Regulations

    Arrival Time

    • Participants must check-in at the base of the Elk Camp Gondola at the time of your reservation (10:15am, 10:45am or 11:15am)
    • If you are going to other Lost Forest activities prior to the Canopy Run Zipline tour, check in at the base of the Elk Camp Gondola before heading up

    Size and Age Restrictions

    • Ages 16+ or accompanied by an adult
    • Participant must be between 48 inches and 78 inches tall
    • Participants must weigh between 70 pounds and 250 pounds

    Important Information

    • Entire tour may take between 2.5 to 3 hours to complete
    • Water is not provided, it is recommended to bring a water bottle attached to a carabineer with you
    • Bathrooms are only available at the beginning and end of the tour
    • Participants will be accompanied by two guides across 3 sky bridges, 7 ziplines and 3 rappels to complete the course

    Cancellation Policy for Lost Forest Tickets

    Completely unused Lost Forest Base tickets are refundable. Lost Forest Treeline and Canopy Tour require a 48-hour cancellation notice. No refunds due to weather if operations remain open. No partial refunds.
