Friday, February 19th at Buttermilk Mountain Lodge from 4PM - 7PM.
Please bring a completed waiver.
REGISTRATION POLICIES:
- Registrations are non-transferable. Selling, swapping, or gifting a registration will be grounds for an automatic disqualification, and no refunds will be given.
- Only 1 teammate change permitted per team – 1 original teammate must remain on the registration.
- Refund Policy: Entry fees will be refunded ONLY to athletes with a valid medical reason under the following provisions: Entry fees will be refunded if requested 1 week prior to first day of event onsite registration. Participants must have a valid medical reason and documentation, each case will be reviewed. A minimum 25% service charge will be deducted from all refunds. All refunds are at the sole discretion of Aspen Snowmass. Absolutely no refunds will be given after the above date regardless of reason and no refunds will be given due to event cancellation. Registrations are non-transferable.
- Requests for edits to teammates, team names, division changes, etc. Can be made within your registration link. Please do not email the race director directly to make these changes.
- Po4 (full course) teams that wish to drop to the Po2 (short course) distance can do so at packet pick-up on 2/19/27. No partial refunds will be issued for dropping to the shorter course.
WAITLIST
If the race sells out, please feel free to add your team to the waitlist via the registration page. Teams will be removed from the waitlist and offered a place on the start list on a first come first serve basis if and when permitted by the race organizers. If your team is removed from the waitlist at any point, a registration link will be emailed to you, and you will have 24 hours to complete or decline your registration.
