Question: What is your cancellation policy for lift tickets?
Answer:
All completely unused lift tickets are fully refundable. Partially used lift tickets are eligible for an internal monetary credit for the per day value of any unused days. To request a refund or credit, please email us within 14 days of expiration at contactus@aspensnowmass.com.

Question: What is your cancellation policy for season passes?
Answer:
All 2021-2022 season passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable. However, Multi-Event Insurance through Travel Guard is available for purchase to cover your investment. Click here to learn more about Travel Guard. To add pass insurance please contact Aspen Skiing Company at 970-923-1227 or 877-282-7736.

If operations are shut down due to Covid-19 for 10 or more days of the season, we will issue refunds, prorated for each day we are fully shut down compared to our published season dates, for all passes, except the Valley Pass. Refunds will not be issued in the event we implement a reservation system regardless of whether you are able to obtain a reservation for your desired days.


Question: What is your cancellation policy for lessons?
Answer:
All ski and snowboard products cancelled or changed 48 hours or more in advance are fully refundable. To request a refund, please email us at contactus@aspensnowmass.com or call us at (877) 365-7209 and have your order confirmation number available.

Question: What is your cancellation policy for summer bike rentals?
Answer:
All bike rentals require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation for a full refund back to the original form of payment.

Question: What is your cancellation policy for winter equipment rentals?
Answer:
All completely unused winter equipment rentals are fully refundable. To request a refund, please email us at contactus@aspensnowmass.com and have your order confirmation number available.

Question: What is your cancellation policy for activities?
Answer:
Completely unused daytime coaster and tubing purchases are fully refundable. Ullr night activity reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund. To request a refund, please email us at contactus@aspensnowmass.com and have your order confirmation number available.

Completely unused Lost Forest Base tickets are refundable. Lost Forest Canopy, Treeline, and Bonus Night Base Tickets require 48-hour cancellation notice. No refunds due to weather if operations remain open. No partial refunds.
