Question: How do I login on shop.aspensnowmass.com?

Returning Customers:
If you have ever purchased a product at Aspen Snowmass OR if you have ever logged in to the Aspen Snowmass App, then you already have an account!

If you have logged in online before and remember your username and password
  1. Navigate to the "Sign In" section
  2. Enter your email and select "Continue". If you don't remember which email you used with your account, you may enter your Aspen Card ID located on the front of your Aspen Card (what we like to call your lift ticket or season pass).
  3. Enter your password and select "Continue"

If you've never logged in online before or don't remember your username and password, you should click "Find My Account".

  1. Navigate to the "Sign In" section
  2. Select "Find My Account" in the bottom right
  3. Enter first name, last name, and email and select "Send Code"
  4. You will receive an email confirmation with details on how to login

New Customers: If you have not purchased a product at Aspen Snowmass AND you have never logged in to the Aspen Snowmass App, then you should click "Create An Account".
  1. Navigate to the "Sign In" section
  2. Select "Create An Account" in the bottom right
  3. Enter first name, last name, phone number, email address, your date of birth*, and a password.
  4. Select "Create An Account"
  5. You will receive an email confirmation with details on how to login
*You must enter an accurate birth date. This date of birth may be used to qualify or disqualify you for certain passes or activities in the future.

Question: I'm trying to see my account history or sign waivers. I clicked "create an account" on shop.aspensnowmass.com but I don't see the products I purchased. Why?

You may be looking for your Account Portal instead.

  1. Navigate to account.aspensnowmass.com
  2. Enter your username and password (the same you use to login to shop.aspensnowmass.com), then select "Login"

Question: I'm trying to purchase extension days. I clicked "create an account" on shop.aspensnowmass.com but I don't see the products I purchased. Why?
Answer:
If you have ever purchased a product at Aspen Snowmass OR if you have ever logged in to the Aspen Snowmass App, then you already had an account with us prior to creating a new account. Sorry for the confusion! To locate your products, you should follow these steps:

  1. Log out
  2. Navigate to the "Sign In" section
  3. Select "Find My Account" in the bottom right
  4. Enter first name, last name, and email and select "Send Code"
  5. You will receive an email confirmation with details on how to login
