Aspen Snowmass has worked diligently to create a pass and ticketing program that tries to maximize fun for everyone – our local community, our Aspen Snowmass passholders, our day ticket guests, and our Ikon and Mountain Collective passholders – while allowing for effective social distancing and volume management. + Read the full update here
Classic Passes are no longer available for the 2020-21 winter season. Check out our other pass options below. Lift tickets will also be available to purchase for the season at the end of October.
SEASON PASS REFUNDS All unused 2020-2021 season passes are fully refundable through November 20, 2020. After November 20, 2020 passes are nonrefundable and unused days have no value. However, Multi-Event Insurance through Travel Guard is available for purchase to cover your investment. Click here to learn more about Travel Guard.
If we are shut down due to Covid-19 for 10 or more days of the season, we will issue refunds, prorated for each day we are fully shut down compared to our published season dates, for all Aspen Snowmass passes, except the Valley 7-Pack and Classic Pass. For example, if we are forced to shut down entirely for a total of 25% of the days during our published season dates, then all passholders would receive a 25% refund of the purchase price. Refunds will not be issued in the event we implement a reservation system. For the Ikon pass refund policy please see their website. RESERVATIONS Reservations may be required based on prevailing state and local Covid-19 metrics as determined by health and government agencies. Should these metrics show an increased rate of community spread that initiates additional restrictions and regulations, we may implement a reservations system across all products. If this happens we cannot guarantee that every passholder will be able to obtain a reservation on the days they want. The system can flex based on changing metrics.
DEPOSIT DETAILS If you purchased a Classic Pass during the Spring Season Pass Sale and opted to make a deposit, the remaining balance was due on September 1, 2020. If we were unable to charge your credit card for the remaining balance on September 1, your pass purchase was cancelled and access revoked. POLICIES Subject to all terms and conditions of the pass agreement, season passes offer access to our four mountains when they are open and operating for the public. We are skiers at heart who want to ski every day we are able. However, Aspen Skiing Company makes no guarantees about season length, opening and closing dates, or that the mountains will all be open every day
Circumstances, including snow, wind, avalanche, weather conditions, health concerns, public safety or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, may require us to limit access to our mountains for a period of time. When access is limited for any reason, you may not be able to utilize your pass.
2020-2021 Season passes are nonrefundable after November 20, 2020. Travel Guard’s Multi-Event insurance plan can help cover your investment if you need to cancel your season pass for covered reasons prior to the beginning of the ski season or if other covered unforeseen circumstances arise during the ski season. Season passes are nontransferable. Fraudulent use is subject to a fee.
2019-2020 PASSHOLDER CREDIT DETAILS In recognition of the abbreviated 2019-20 season caused by the Coronavirus outbreak, Aspen Snowmass issued all 2019-20 passholders credit to apply towards 2020-2021 purchases.You may log in to your account to view your credit amount.Credits are valid on all Aspen Snowmass pass, lift ticket, activity, rental and lesson purchases through April 30, 2021. Credits are not valid for on-mountain dining or hotel stays at Limelight or The Little Nell properties. Credits do not have to be used in one transaction. Credits may be used for online, over-the-phone and in-person purchases. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits for Chamber passes were issued to the business that purchased the pass, not the individual passholder. DIRECT-TO-LIFT DETAILS For the ultimate in convenience when needing additional days beyond those included with your pass, sign up for our direct-to-lift (DTL) program.
