Season Pass Insurance

Travel Guard Multi-Event Insurance

2025-2026 season passes are non-refundable after August 29, 2025. Travel Guard’s Multi-Event insurance plan can help cover your investment if you need to cancel your season pass for covered reasons prior to the beginning of the ski season or if other covered unforeseen circumstances arise during the ski season. A closure due to Covid-19 is not a covered reason. Visit https://partners.travelguard.com/multievent or call Travel Guard at 866-385-4839 for more information. To add pass insurance please contact Aspen Snowmass at 970-923-1227or 877-282-7736.

Season Pass Policies

2025-2026 season passes are non-transferable and subject to fines if misused. A person may only have one Aspen Snowmass season pass per season, not including the Aspen Snowmass Uphill Pass, Ikon or The Mountain Collective Passes. Subject to all terms and conditions of the pass agreement, season passes offer access to our four mountains when they are open and operating to the public. We are skiers at heart who want to ski every day we are able. However, Aspen Snowmass makes no guarantees about season length, opening and closing dates, or that the mountains will all be open every day.

Circumstances, including snow, wind, avalanche, weather conditions, health concerns, public safety, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control may cause us to limit access to our mountains for a period of time. When access is limited for any reason, you may not be able to utilize your pass.

Spend more time on the slopes and less time in a ticket office with "Direct to Lift". Enable this complimentary feature at purchase to automatically charge your associated credit card with the discounted day rate when you scan your pass at a gate to proceed directly to the lift.
