Alpin Room
Tucked away in the heart of Snowmass, the Alpin Room offers a thoughtful, handcrafted reimagination of Alsatian home cooking at high elevation. Head Chef Emily Oyer’s fresh take on Alps-inspired cuisine offers subtle yet flavorful dishes—proving that comfort food can still take you beyond your comfort zone. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in natural light and the menu is a modern take on classic dishes found in the mountains of Switzerland, Austria, and particularly Alsace, France—think chicken cordon bleu, fondue—and yes, very good wine.
