Farm-to-table is an ethos we love promoting across all four mountains as much as we can. After all, when you have some of the best ranches and farms in America nearby and a collection of talented, creative chefs on your staff, it just makes sense. On March 18, we’ll be celebrating the bounty of our local ranches and farms with a special Ranch-to-Table Dinner at the Lynn Britt Cabin on Snowmass. This five-course dinner will include meats from nearby Crystal River Meats prepared by chef Brett Thompson, with wine pairings from Master Sommelier Jay Fletcher.
