Aspen Snowmass is proud to host The Snow League, the first professional snowboarding league created by legendary snowboarder Shaun White. From January 7-9, 2027, Buttermilk will once again set the stage as a cornerstone venue for Season Two's opening event, bringing together top snowboarders and freeskiers from around the world.
Prepare for an unparalleled competition experience as The Snow League launches another season of global competition. Athletes from around the world will converge to showcase their skills in a league that not only celebrates progression while also introducing an exciting competitive format to the sport. Event One of Season Two will feature a three-day competition structure, with qualifying rounds on Day 1, quarterfinals on Day 2, and semifinals and finals on Day 3. The expanded freeski field will also welcome 24 athletes competing alongside the world’s top snowboarders.
With a focus on both head-to-head matchups and a season-long points system, each competition will build toward the overall Season Two standings. Fans can follow their favorite athletes as they push boundaries and continue setting new standards across snowboarding and freeskiing.
