Set high on Aspen Mountain at the base of Peanut Butter Ridge, Buckhorn Cabin is where Aspen's past and present meet. The storied setting has been reimagined for curated, one-of-a-kind experiences—days earned in the mountains and celebrated at the table. From intimate corporate dinners to bachelor and bachelorette gatherings, family milestones to retreat weekends, every event is built around exceptional food, sweeping Rocky Mountain views, and the kind of setting that you’ll think about long after you’ve returned home.
The Table Experience
The main event. A chef-prepared, three-course meal served at Buckhorn Cabin, set against panoramic views of the Roaring Fork Valley and the peaks beyond. Begin your ascent via guided hike on Aspen Mountain, led by a local expert who knows every ridge and wildflower along the way. Then, arrive at the cabin to a table set and waiting. Layer in extras like an expert photographer, florals or custom cabin décor, a DJ or live music, a kids zone, or gear and retail gifting for your group from Aspen Collection. The Hike at Buckhorn
Hike to your table. Set out from the base of Aspen Mountain with a local expert guide who brings the landscape to life — flora, fauna, and uninterrupted Rocky Mountain views across 3,200 feet of elevation. Shorter and downhill routes are available for any group.

The Angler at Buckhorn
Start the day on the water. Spend your morning fly fishing with expert guides on private ponds and Gold Medal waters of the Roaring Fork Valley. Premium rods, reels, and flies are included—all skill levels welcome. After you cast some lines, head up to Buckhorn for your meal.

Cycle & Savor
Start your morning at Aspen Collection in Gondola Plaza, where you'll pick up a premium bike and set out on a hosted ride through the valley — think Maroon Bells, Woody Creek, and beyond. After the ride, transportation takes you up to Buckhorn Cabin where the meal is waiting. Group sizes and pricing vary. Transportation back to Aspen is included.
