What are the 2025-2026 season dates?

We’ll open Aspen and Snowmass Mountain for the winter season on November 27, 2025.

  • Aspen Mountain: November 27, 2025–April 19, 2026
  • Aspen Highlands: December 13, 2025–April 12, 2026
  • Buttermilk: December 13, 2025–April 5, 2026
  • Snowmass: November 27, 2025–April 12, 2026

How long are lift tickets valid for?

Single day tickets are valid for the date specified at booking only. 2- to 7-day tickets are valid out of a 10-day window from the start date specified at booking.

How do I prepare for my trip?

Purchase your lift tickets, lessons, rentals, and activities online or by phone. Skip the ticket lines and pick up your Aspen Card at any of our Pickup Box locations. Before you leave home, visit the Aspen Snowmass Account Portal and take care of all the details that will make your trip seamless once you arrive in-resort. Sign digital waivers, update your profiles, and access confirmations all from the comfort of your home. The portal will lead you through a simple step-by-step process to cover all your bases including instructions on downloading the Aspen Snowmass App before you arrive.

Once you arrive, the Aspen Snowmass App will give you access to everything you need to enjoy your trip. Add additional days to your lift ticket, purchase lessons and rentals, sign waivers, and access in-App rewards and Passholder Benefits. You can access all of your favorite App features including tracking skier days and Bowl laps, checking snow reports, weather, parking lot status, and more.

What is your refund policy on lift tickets?

All completely unused lift tickets (i.e. all 4 days of a 4-day lift ticket have not been used) are fully refundable back to the original form of payment. The monetary value on partially used lift products (i.e. 3 days of a 4-day lift ticket have been used) can be rolled over for use of purchases made for on-mountain products through the following winter season (lift tickets, rentals, lessons, on-mountain activities, and season passes).

Are reservations required to ski or ride at Aspen Snowmass with The Ikon Pass?

Lift reservations are required for all Ikon Passholders for the 2025-2026 season at Aspen Snowmass and are available now. To make a reservation, login to My Account on the Ikon Pass website once your Ikon Pass has been issued. Space is limited and may sell out. Ikon Base Passes and Session Passes do not provide access to Aspen Snowmass. Visit ikonpass.com for reservation details for all applicable resorts. While reservations are required for the days included with the pass, extension days do not require reservations.

Are reservations required to ski or ride at Aspen Snowmass with a Mountain Collective Pass?

Yes, lift reservations to ski and ride are required during the 2025-2026 ski season to help manage capacity and improve the guest experience. Reservations will be available starting early October. Military Lift Tickets

Active duty, retired veterans, and honorably discharged military personnel and their dependents receive 25% off lift tickets for 2025-2026. Purchase in-person at ticket offices with valid military ID, discharge papers, or V.A. benefits proof.
