Save up to $80 when you purchase four days of lift tickets at least seven days ahead of time—or save even more when you ski and ride longer. Lift Ticket Guarantee
- You will receive an in-resort credit for the per day value of any unused days on your lift ticket. Simply bring your ticket to any ticket office, call or email within 14 days of expiration to receive the credit.
- You may use your credit towards future purchases of lift tickets, lessons, winter activities, or equipment rentals. Credits are good for the current season, or can be applied to a purchase through the end of the following winter. Your credit may not be used to purchase merchandise or food.
- You may transfer your monetary credit to someone else—just let us know who will be using the credit and we’ll put it in their name.
- Credit is valid during the season in which it is issued and the season immediately following.
Military Lift Tickets
All retired veterans, active duty, and honorably discharged military personnel of the United Stated Armed Services and their dependents are eligible for 25% off discounted lift tickets for the 2024-2025 winter season. Tickets must be purchased in-person at one of our ticket offices. Must present a valid military ID, discharge papers, or proof of V.A. benefits at the ticket office to redeem.

What are the 2024-2025 season dates?
We’ll open Aspen and Snowmass Mountain for the winter season on November 28, 2024.
- Aspen Mountain: November 28, 2024–April 20, 2025
- Aspen Highlands: December 14, 2024–April 13, 2025
- Buttermilk: December 14, 2024–April 6, 2025
- Snowmass: November 28, 2024–April 20, 2025
How long are lift tickets valid for?
Single day tickets are valid for the date specified at booking only. 2- to 7-day tickets are valid out of a 10-day window from the start date specified at booking.
How do I prepare for my trip?
Purchase your lift tickets, lessons, rentals, and activities online or by phone. Skip the ticket lines and pick up your Aspen Card at any of our Pickup Box locations. Before you leave home, visit the Aspen Snowmass Account Portal and take care of all the details that will make your trip seamless once you arrive in-resort. Sign digital waivers, update your profiles, and access confirmations all from the comfort of your home. The portal will lead you through a simple step-by-step process to cover all your bases including instructions on downloading the Aspen Snowmass App before you arrive.
Once you arrive, the Aspen Snowmass App will give you access to everything you need to enjoy your trip. Add additional days to your lift ticket, purchase lessons and rentals, sign waivers, and access in-App rewards and Passholder Benefits. You can access all of your favorite App features including tracking skier days and Bowl laps, checking snow reports, weather, parking lot status, and more.

What is your refund policy on lift tickets?
All completely unused lift tickets (i.e. all 4 days of a 4-day lift ticket have not been used) are fully refundable back to the original form of payment. The monetary value on partially used lift products (i.e. 3 days of a 4-day lift ticket have been used) can be rolled over for use of purchases made for on-mountain products through the following winter season (lift tickets, rentals, lessons, on-mountain activities, and season passes).
Are reservations required to ski or ride at Aspen Snowmass with The Ikon Pass?
Lift reservations are required for all Ikon Passholders for the 2024-2025 season at Aspen Snowmass and are available now. To make a reservation, login to My Account on the Ikon Pass website once your Ikon Pass or Ikon Base Plus has been issued. Space is limited and may sell out. Ikon Base Passes and Session Passes do not provide access to Aspen Snowmass. Visit ikonpass.com for reservation details for all applicable resorts. While reservations are required for the days included with the pass, additional days do not require reservations.
Are reservations required to ski or ride at Aspen Snowmass with a Mountain Collective Pass?
POW Membership
When you ski and ride at Aspen Snowmass, you’re joining the fight against climate change. As of January 2024, all Aspen Snowmass passholders and lift ticket purchasers will receive a membership to POW, loaded with benefits and easy-to-access opportunities to participate in impactful advocacy.
