Here are a few spots to cheer on your favorite athletes in-person. 2019 spectator information will be made available soon.
50K Start: If you're a hearty enough supporter you can catch the start at 6am at Aspen Mountain gondola plaza. Fair warning: It will be dark and the athletes will be out of sight in less than a minute.
Aid Station #2 (Intersection of Castle Creek Rd. & Midnight Mine Rd): This is a good spot to catch your athlete as they finish their descent of the Midnight Mine Rd and begin their decent up the Congo Trail onto Aspen Highlands. Note: There is only parking for a few cars. It is a great stop on the road bike ride to Ashcroft!
Aid Station #3 & 25K Start (Tiehack parking lot): This is a great spot to catch your athlete as they have completed more than half the course and a significant majority of the climbing. There is limited parking in the Tiehack lot
Aid Station #4 & 10K Start (Elk Camp Restaurant): Easy to access via the Elk Camp Gondola from Snowmass Base Village. Discounted lift tickets will be available at registration for family members wishing to ride the gondola to watch their racer at this point on the course. Parking is available in the parking garage.
Finish (Snowmass Base Village): Join us at the base of Snowmass Mountain across from the mall on Fanny Hill all afternoon for live updates, awards, after-race party and the race to the finish.
Volunteer: Please contact Brendan Collins at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in volunteering to help along the race course. All volunteers will receive a racer gift as well as a voucher that is good for a beer and a meal at the finish.
