Covid-19 Operating Procedures

Covid Operating Procedures

September 7, 2022 Update

The health and welfare of our guests, staff, and community is always our top priority. We will continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation and follow the lead of our local and state health agencies. For the latest information please read Colorado's Covid-19 Information or Pitkin County's Covid-19 Information.

With infection rates declining and high vaccination rates in our community, we have dropped all vaccination requirements for guests and employees. We are grateful for everyone’s cooperation through the last few years. We continue to encourage vaccinations and boosters for everyone, but in coordination with local health officials we will no longer require vaccinations for our lodging properties, restaurants, and select activities where they were previously required. We will continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation and follow the guidance of local, state, and national health agencies if things change.

Vaccination Requirements

With infection rates declining and high vaccination rates in our community, we are dropping all vaccination requirements for guests and employees. We are grateful for everyone’s cooperation through the last few years. This allowed us to get open and stay open. We continue to encourage vaccinations and boosters for everyone, but in coordination with local health officials we will no longer require vaccinations for our lodging properties, restaurants and select activities where they were previously required.

Mask Requirements

While masks are no longer required in indoor settings, we encourage guests to continue using them if it makes them comfortable. We will continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation and adjust accordingly. Please take the time to learn more about these requirements before making your trip.

Refund Policy

If we are shut down due to Covid-19 for 10 or more days of the season, we will issue refunds, prorated for each day we are fully shut down compared to our published season dates, for all passes, except the Valley Pass.

For example, if we are forced to shut down entirely for a total of 25% of the days during our published season dates, then passholders would receive a 25% refund.
