FOOD & BEVERAGE

There will be food concessions and bars inside the venue. No outside food or beverages will be allowed through security. Exceptions may be made for those with food allergies.
Water Refill Station:
  • A free water refill will be located inside the concert venue
  • Empty water bottles or hydration packs will be allowed through security
  • Water bottles will also be available for purchase at the merch tent
  • STAY HYDRATED!!!
WEATHER POLICY
The festival will take place snow, rain or shine. Please check the weather forecast and plan your attire and preparations accordingly.

SECURITY & ENTRY

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a thorough search, including emptying your pockets and bags, having all of your items examined and a full pat-down. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.

AGES & ID
Attendees 4 years of age or older must purchase a ticket to enter. Ages 3 and under are free.
Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Photo ID required. Wristbands will be issued inside the venue and must be obtained before going to the bar.
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF ID:
  • Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth
  • US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth
  • Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license—ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license
FESTIVAL POLICIES
  • NO Re-entry/ins & outs per day
  • NO Refunds or exchanges
  • NO Tailgaiting or camping in the designated event parking lots
  • NO Moshing, crowd-surfing or stage-diving
  • NO Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors
  • NO Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc.
GEAR STORAGE
Please only bring what you need during the event since storage space on site is limited. There will be a gear check where you can leave items such as jackets, skis, snowboards, boots, poles and backpacks for a fee. Lockers are also available in the lower level of Bumps Lodge. Items of high value are best left at home.

LOST & FOUND
Guest Services will manage lost and found and is the location where you can go to turn in or report a lost item. Parents or children that have been separated from their group should also go to guest services for assistance. Aspen Skiing Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.

RECCOMENDATIONS
This is an outdoor event that takes place on the snow. Proper footwear and layering will significantly improve your experience. The weather in early April can range from warm and sunny to cold and snowy so check the forecast and be prepared for anything and everything. When the sun sets the temperature drops so additional layers may be necessary.

ADA wristbands available at guest services to identify eligible guests and expedite access to ADA designated zones

  • ADA drop off at venue
  • Designated ADA parking spots at main event parking at Intercept Lot
  • Wheelchair accessible RFTA busses from Intercept and Ruby Park
On Site Assistance
Guest service staff at ADA drop off to assist guests and educate them on best routes through venue

ADA Infrastructure

  • Elevated viewing platform designated for ADA guests +1 inside music venue
  • ADA accessible porta potties
  • Ramp to access hospitality area if elevated
