Mountain Chef Collaborative Dinner

The on-mountain restaurants at Aspen Snowmass are a hot-bed of up-and-coming culinary talent. On March 4, we’ll be showcasing their skills with a special collaborative dinner at Lynn Britt Cabin on Snowmass. Bundle up and ride in our snowcats to this small, intimate cabin on the mountain, where you’ll enjoy a six-course tasting menu created by the chefs behind the Merry-Go-Round, Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro, Cliffhouse, Elk Camp and the Lynn Britt Cabin, as well as our Executive Chef of Mountain Dining, Andrew Helsley. We gave them only one parameter: make a cohesive menu that showcases your talents. Come hungry, and don’t be surprised if you’re tempted to Instagram a few of these dishes.
