REGISTER HEREEvent Format
Participants will need a smart mobile phone in order to access the event information on the app social scavenger. The app is supported by both iOS and Android software. Arriving with a full phone battery is highly recommended since use of the app is critical to completing the missions. The app will display a list of all the checkpoints or “challenges” that need to be completed on each mountain. Teams must complete at least 1 challenge on each mountain but no check points are mandatory. At each check point you will be prompted by the app to upload a selfie at the specified location, scan a QR code or possibly answer a trivia question to receive credit for checking in at that location. The order in which the challenges are completed is up to teams so an element of strategy will come into play when deciding your route across the four mountains.
The list of check points for each mission will be released the morning of the event. The Ragnarok Mission will cover intermediate and expert terrain (blues and blacks) while the Adventure Mission will cover beginner and intermediate terrain (greens and blues). Ragnarok Mission teams will be capped at 2 members but Adventure Mission teams can have up to 6 members.
