All full time Aspen Skiing Company employees are eligible for the Employee Stay Program. After 1 year as a full time year round employee or after 2 years as a full time seasonal employee (ASC, The Little Nell or Limelight Hotels employees) you are entitled to:
  • 2 complimentary nights per year
  • If the property is located more than 75 miles from the employee’s home the employee will receive an additional 2 nights
  • All nights can (but are not required to) be used consecutively
  • Complimentary room nights are forfeited if employee has given notice or has been terminated
  • Complimentary nights do not carry over from one year to the next, and a no show on a complimentary night means forfeiture of that night and anyremaining nights
  • If an emergency arises please contact the hotel Manager on Duty as soon as possible to cancel your room and avoid forfeiture of this benefit going forward
  • The program dates run from January 1 to December 31
  • Complimentary room nights are non-transferable and employee must stay in the room
  • All requests will be approved subject to hotel availability and to blackout dates (such as but not limited to): Christmas/New Year’s Week, X-Games, Presidents Day Week, Spring Break, 4th of July

  • Once your request has been submitted, HR will email you if it has been approved or denied along with the approved form to present at check-in (this canbe presented digitally or printed out) HR will verify that the employee is currently employed and has not recently handed in their notice
  • The employee will need to present his/her valid season pass at time of check-in
  • Reservations cannot be booked more than 30 days in advance during summer or winter seasons
  • Reservations may be available up to 60 days in advance during the spring and fall off-seasons
  • Reservations for arrival on a Saturday or Sunday must be booked before 3 pm on Thursday; additionally the reservation must be booked 2 days prior to arrival date
  • Requests may be approved as late as one day prior to arrival
  • Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a signed/approved confirmation form back from HR. You must bring this form with you to check-in at thehotel
  • Upon arriving at the hotel for an approved stay the Employee will have to establish credit and sign the Employee Stay Guidelines form

FOOD & BEVERAGE

All staff will receive a 40% discount on Food and Beverage items. This is for all people in the party up to a maximum of 8 people. This does not pertain to catering or banquet events. Discount is only applicable when the employee is using their comp nights and the employee must be present. The F&B charges must be charged to the employee’s guest room folio in order to receive the discount.
