The Caring for Community board recruits committed Aspen Skiing Company employees every year. Find details about the role below, and check back in January for board openings!

Time commitment per year:
Maximum of 4 site visits or conversations w/ grantees annually (1.5 hrs each)
Maximum of 2 organizational meetings annually (1.5 hrs each)
Two to four grant reviews (3-5 hrs each)
One grant meeting (3 hrs)
Attendance at one Pro Fair or New Hire Orientation (1-2 hrs)
Serving beer at CORE Party in March – Foundation fundraiser to pay for SWAG (3 hrs)
Meetings begin between 4 and 4:30pm.

All ASC employees who are donors to the Caring for Community Fund are eligible to serve on the board. Board members are selected based on relevant skills and experience as well as their ability to recruit new members. The board tries to maintain diverse representation from every division within ASC.
