Military Ski Pass and Lift Ticket Discounts

Aspen Snowmass appreciates the sacrifices of those who have served our country. Learn about special programs available to U.S. veterans.

Aspen Snowmass was born from military courage. In 1946, veterans of the legendary 10th Mountain Division—the elite alpine soldiers who fought through the Italian Alps—came home and built something extraordinary. Among them was Friedl Pfeifer, an Austrian-American who earned the Purple Heart serving in the 10th Mountain and went on to transform Aspen Mountain into one of the world's great ski destinations. That legacy lives in every run you take here. To every veteran and active duty service member: you are always welcome on our slopes.

Aspen Snowmass is proud to offer exclusive military discounts on season passes and lift tickets across all four of our Colorado mountains—Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass. Active duty, reserve, retired veterans, honorably discharged personnel, and their dependents are eligible for up to 50% off season passes and lift tickets. All military discounts must be purchased in person at one of our ticket offices. Find your nearest location below.
