Flex Pass FAQs

What is the Flex Pass?

The Flex Pass offers 4, 5, 6 or 7 days of skiing and riding with no blackout dates. Days can be used anytime during the season and do not have to be consecutive. It is a great option for guests holding other multi-mountain destination passes who plan several days of skiing at Aspen Snowmass during the season.

Are there any blackout dates on the Flex Pass?

There are no blackout dates on the Flex Pass. Passholders can spread their winter season out however they see fit.

Can I purchase additional days at a discount?

Yes, you can purchase additional days at 25% off the one day, in-resort lift ticket. Extension days can be purchased online by the passholder by navigating shop.aspensnowmass.com.

Can I buy two or more Flex Passes?

No. Only one Flex Pass per person is allowed. However, guests can combine a Flex Pass with a Weekday Pass or Alpine 2-Day Pass.

Can I upgrade my Flex Pass (i.e. 4-Day to a 7-Day)?

No upgrades or downgrades are allowed.

If my partner/friend/neighbor does not use all of their Flex Pass days, can they transfer them to me?

All of our season passes, including Flex Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Guests cannot transfer days to other guests, even if they have remaining days.

If my Flex Pass is not fully used, can I get a credit for unused days?

No. Unused days are not refundable nor valid for in-resort credit. All of our season passes are non-refundable after the time of purchase.

If I purchase a Flex Pass and decide I do not want it, can I get a refund?

No, Flex Passes are non-refundable, regardless of if they are unused or not.

I have always purchased lift tickets at Aspen Snowmass, should I purchase a Flex Pass instead?

Flex Passes are a great alternative to lift tickets as they provide more flexibility and better value. Flex Passes, however, are not refundable after purchase, while lift tickets can be refunded if unused or valid for in-resort credit on unused days.
