The Prospector Condos, located directly in front of Wagner Park, offer beautiful views of Aspen Mountain and convenient access to Lift 1-A and Aspen's Gondola Plaza. In addition, The Prospector has one top floor Penthouse unit which sleeps 2-4 people comfortably and offers one king size bed in the master and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Other Penthouse amenities include a large living room, dining area, personal top floor with sun deck, table & chairs, real wood burning fireplace, kitchenette, and flat screen TV. Unlike our other condos, the Penthouse offers just one bathroom and is recommended for couples. All condominiums are equipped with free Wi-Fi. The location is second to none with a two block radius to all the top restaurants, shops, outdoor mall, and the base of Aspen Mountain. Please note this is a no smoking , no pet property. Emotional support animals are not accepted. If driving, please do not pull down the ramp into the garage as there is no parking. Garage is reserved for Prospector Owners. You may purchase a off street parking pass for $25 upon check-in.
