January 10, 2026 marks a standout moment during the Toyota U.S. Grand Prix. After a week of elite slopestyle and halfpipe competition at Buttermilk, select U.S. Ski and Snowboard athletes will be honored on stage for their accomplishments as Team USA nominations continue on the road to theWinter Olympics, followed by a free outdoor concert by Less Than Jake at the base of Aspen Mountain.
This free public event highlights Aspen’s role as a critical stop on the Olympic journey and a longtime home for progression in park and pipe. Athlete interviews and recognition anchor the evening, offering fans a closer look at the competitors shaping the next chapter of winter sports.
Live Music and Celebration
After athlete interviews and onstage recognition, the night continues with a free outdoor concert featuring Less Than Jake at the base of of Aspen Mountain. The Gondola Plaza comes alive as fans gather to celebrate world class performances, Olympic momentum and the energy of the Toyota U.S Grand Prix.
Less Than Jake is known for turning every show into a full scale celebration. Blending punk, ska, and pop with driving guitars, bold horns, and sing along energy, the band has built a three decade legacy of crowd fueled live performances. Still touring relentlessly and releasing new music, Less Than Jake delivers a high energy set that pairs naturally with a night celebrating world class athletes and Olympic momentum.
