Saturday & Sunday, July 11–12 · 9:00AM – 4:00PM · Snowmass Base Village
Test the bikes before you buy them in the Snowmass Bike Park. From 9AM, Four Mountain Sports opens the full demo fleet: Specialized, Santa Cruz, and Transition bikes ready to roll from Snowmass Base Village. Guided rides launch at 11AM each day — a Bike Park loop Saturday and Town of Snowmass Village trails Sunday. The Vendor Village is set up adjacent to the Elk Camp Gondola with Specialized, Santa Cruz, Transition, Fox, Smith, 100%, Stance, Four Mountain Sports — gear and protection to try on in the place you’ll actually use it.
Demo rate: $100 Per Day
Note: Bike Park lift access is not included in the demo fee and must be purchased separately. Buy a bike the day of the event and get your $100 demo fee ($200 for 2 days) credited toward the retail price of any new bike. Free sliver tune and 10% off parts with purchase of a bike.
Snowmass Safety & Community Days
Friday & Saturday, July 10–11 · 11:00AM – 2:00PM · Top of Elk Camp Gondola
Mountain safety, made approachable. Safety Days brings together the Snowmass mountain operations team, the U.S. Forest Service, ACES wildlife naturalists, Aspen Valley Health, and Lost Forest guides at the top of the Elk Camp Gondola for two days of hands-on programming. Watch a gondola evacuation demonstration, learn how the Lost Forest rescue team responds in the field, talk trail safety with the Snowmass Bike Trail Crew, and meet the people who keep this mountain running.
Free giveaways throughout both days: water bottles, sunscreen, and freeze pop handouts. Aspen Valley Health is distributing children’s bike helmets Friday only. Benji, one of the Snowmass avalanche dogs, visits at noon on Saturday.
