Tuesday, December 31 | 6 PM - 10 PM

Gather friends and family and usher in the New Year with a memorable meal at Ajax Tavern, perfectly timed to enjoy the fireworks show over Aspen Mountain afterward. Chef de Cuisine Oscar Carrasco will offer a festive menu complete with oysters, king crab, scallops, wagyu, fresh pasta and decadent desserts. Two seatings are available: 6 pm or 8:30 pm.
