SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Aspen Snowmass Winter Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 10:00am MST on November 23, 2024 and ends at 5:00pm MST on April 28, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the sweepstakes.

SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Aspen Skiing Company, L.L.C., 117 Aspen Airport Business Center, Aspen, Colorado, 81611. (“Sponsor”).

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize (described below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are 18 years or older and legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia[A1] and who receive an email from Sponsor with the entry link (the “Sweepstakes Email”). Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (husbands, wives, brothers, sisters, parents and children and their spouses) and household members (whether or not related) of Sponsor, and each of its parents, subsidiaries, franchisees and affiliates, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes or otherwise associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, enter by clicking on the link in the Sweepstakes Email and completing the “How Was Your Stay” survey (“Survey”). In order to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes, you must complete all required fields. The responses to the Survey can present a positive, negative, or neutral opinion. Providing a positive review will not increase your chance of winning. Upon successful completion of the Survey, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”). Limit one (1) Entry per person.

Only Entries submitted via the method above are eligible. Entries submitted via any other method, will NOT be accepted. Entries must be received no later than the close of the Sweepstakes Period.

By submitting an Entry, entrant grants Sponsor a worldwide, royalty free license in any and all media, now know or hereafter created, to copy, prepare derivative works, and distribute the content in the entrant’s Entry. Entrants hereby waive in favor of Sponsor, all rights of “Droit Moral” or “Moral Rights of Authors” or any similar rights or principles of law that entrant may now or later have to his/her Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to alter, change or modify the entrant’s Entry, in its sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for Entries that are incomplete or inaccurate whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. All Entry information becomes the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By submitting an Entry, you agree that your submission is gratuitous and made without restriction, and will not place Sponsor under any obligation, and that Sponsor is free to disclose or otherwise disclose the ideas contained in the Entry on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation to you. You acknowledge that, by acceptance of your Entry, Sponsor does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to Sponsor, developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you. By entering, you acknowledge that Sponsor has no obligation to use or post any Entry you submit.

PRIZES AND THE VALUE OF THE PRIZES. One Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize consists of two complimentary lift tickets, two adult group lessons, two days of rentals at Four Mountain Sports for two, and two complimentary nights at the Limelight Aspen. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $___3,835.00____. ARV of all Grand Prizes is $ 3,835.00_____.[A2] [A3] ARV may vary depending travel dates and rate fluctuations.

Prize may be awarded in the form of a gift card or gift certificate. Black-out dates may apply. Prize must be redeemed no later than _April 30, 2026____. [A4] Prizes not redeemed by this date will be forfeited. Prize does not include meals, transportation, tips, or mini-bar expenses. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, federal, state, and local taxes, parking, and ground transportation are the winners’ sole responsibility. All travel risks, insurance, loss or damage due to prize acceptance or use are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Neither Sponsor nor its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of a winner’s acceptance or use of the Prize.

Winner must be a member of the travelling party on all occasions. Winner's guest(s) must be of the legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, or, if guest is a minor child, guest must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian who shall be one of the four people in the winner’s party. The minor must stay with the parent or legal guardian in the parent's or legal guardian's accommodations during the trip.

In the event Winner and/or guest engages in behavior during stay that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects winner and/or guest to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by winner or guest as a result of such conduct. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LEGAL IMPLICATIONS OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER'S OR GUEST'S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE GRAND PRIZE, AS APPLICABLE.

GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. Prize(s) are subject to availability and are subject to change. Prizes may not be transferred, assigned, changed or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part with other prizes of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winner of any prize valued over $599.99 will be required to provide entrant’s Social Security number and appropriate tax documentation for tax reporting purposes.

TIMING OF DRAWINGS AND NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS. The potential winner(s) of a prize will be selected through a random drawing on or about May22, 2025. The potential winner will be notified by Sponsor by email, as provided in survey. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to confirm his or her eligibility and shipping address within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected by Sponsor from all remaining eligible entries in a second-chance drawing. Selection of winners will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final.

PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SPONSOR DISCLAIMS ALL AND ANY LIABILITY FOR THE ACTUAL PROVISION, QUALITY OR NATURE OF ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ACCEPTED BY THE WINNER.

ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received from all entry methods.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE. By participating, each entrant (a) agrees to release the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by their participation in this Sweepstakes, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize except where prohibited by law; (b) consents to the use by Sponsor and each of their respective designees of the winner’s name, hometown, photograph, voice, or other likenesses and prize information for promotion, advertising and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law, and upon request will provide written confirmation of such consent; and (c) acknowledges that none of the Sweepstakes Entities or anyone else has either made, or is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality or availability. Neither any of the Sweepstakes Entities nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website or to complete a telephone call or facsimile transaction, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR AND THE APPLICABLE ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR INDIVIDUAL(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

No failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) is not capable of being executed as planned, or in the case of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of entrants, technical failures or any other causes that in the opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof), Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any suspect entry or entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Except where prohibited, by participating Sweepstakes entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant(s) and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Pitkin County, Colorado and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

WINNERS’ LIST. For a list of winners’ names, available after the close of the Sweepstakes Period, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Aspen Snowmass Riverside office - 255 Gold Rivers Ct. #300 Basalt CO 81621, for winners list request. Requests must be received no later than July 21 2025, 60 days after close of sweepstakes.
