April 25, 2021 Update –

As the snowmelt fills our rivers and streams our thoughts turn to summer in the Roaring Fork Valley. Mountain biking, fly fishing, rafting and hiking allow us to experience the mountains just as skiing does in the winter. As we transition seasons, we have seen improvement across the board on all Covid metrics in our county and beginning April 26 we will be in the blue level on the statewide meter. This allows restaurants to operate at 100% capacity with 6-feet of distance between parties, unlimited outdoor dining and fewer restrictions on events and operations. Summer festivals are being scheduled, music will once again fill the air and outdoor mask restrictions will be loosened. It is still important we all take precautions as vaccinations continue, but this summer will be like a breath of fresh air.

As we move through the spring we will continue to refine our summer operating procedures and update this page with new details as they become available.
