If you cannot follow these policies and procedures, you will be asked to leave Aspen Snowmass property. - Wear a face covering when you cannot maintain 6 feet of physical distancing outdoors, in designated areas and when inside Aspen Snowmass buildings. - Adhere to Pitkin County social distancing regulations. - Stay home if you are sick or at high risk. - Leave immediately if you begin to show signs or symptoms of illness. - Recreate within your ability to reduce the chance of injury. Cancellation Policy Completely unused Lost Forest Base tickets are refundable. Lost Forest Canopy, Treeline, and Bonus Night Base Tickets require 48-hour cancellation notice. No refunds due to weather if operations remain open. No partial refunds. Weather Policy Summer weather in the Rocky Mountains is unpredictable and out of our control. As a result, we do not offer refunds due to weather impacts on our operation. Please check the forecast while planning your activities.
