CHAMBER PASS DETAILSChamber passes may only be purchased by businesses located and operated in the Roaring Fork Valley that are a current member of the Chamber of Commerce in the community in which the business is operating. The business needs to provide local mailing and physical addresses.
TRAVEL GUARD MULTI-EVENT INSURANCE2020-2021 season passes are fully refundable through November 20, 2020. After that date, Travel Guard’s Multi-Event insurance plan can help cover your investment if you need to cancel your season pass for covered reasons prior to the beginning of the ski season or if other covered unforeseen circumstances arise during the ski season. We will begin issuing promo codes in early October. This promo code is valid for the passholder only, and must be redeemed by December 10, 2020. Complimentary Ikon Base passes are not valid at Aspen Snowmass or Jackson Hole.2019-2020 PASSHOLDER CREDIT DETAILSIn recognition of the abbreviated 2019-20 season caused by the Coronavirus outbreak, Aspen Snowmass issued all 2019-20 passholders credit to apply towards 2020-2021 purchases.You may log in to your account to view your credit amount.Credits are valid on all Aspen Snowmass pass, lift ticket, activity, rental and lesson purchases through April 30, 2021. Credits are not valid for on-mountain dining or hotel stays at Limelight or The Little Nell properties. Credits do not have to be used in one transaction. Credits may be used for online, over-the-phone and in-person purchases. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits for Chamber passes were issued to the business that purchased the pass, not the individual passholder.
HOW TO GET YOUR PASS
- Reload: reload an existing Aspen Card from previous seasons to save resources and $5!
- In-Resort Pick Up:
- Pickup Box: If you don’t have an existing Aspen Card to reload, you may pick a new one up from one of our new contactless Pickup Boxes at the base of each of our mountains. Simply upload a photo and choose "In-Resort Pick Up" as your delivery method at checkout. A QR code will be provided to you in an email and within the Aspen Snowmass App that you may scan at a pickup box to print your cards.
- Ticket Office or Four Mountain Sports: If you would prefer, we’re always here and happy to assist you at one of our ticket office locations or Four Mountain Sports locations with social distancing measures in place this winter. Simply choose "In-Resort Pick Up" as your delivery method at checkout.
OTHER DETAILSPassholder must be of indicated age as of February 15, 2021, in order to qualify for corresponding pass.
