Question: How do I load my free day?
Answer: Your Free Day has already been loaded on to your account. Just bring your Aspen Card straight to the lift and hit the slopes!

Question: What if I lost my Aspen Card?
Answer: If you lost or forgot your Aspen Card, stop by any ticket office to get a reprint for $5.

Question: Does my Free Day have blackout dates?
Answer: The Free Day is valid for use through the end of this current 2017-2018 winter season. There are no blackout dates.

Question: If I have unused lift ticket days from 12/9/17-1/1/18 are they valid as well?
Answer: No. Unused lift ticket days from your previous visits fall under our Aspen Snowmass Guarantee.

Question: What are the official rules and exclusions regarding this Free Day?
Answer: Free Day lift ticket is nontransferable and carries no value. Free Day lift ticket is valid through the end of this winter 2017-2018 season. Offer is valid for guests who skied between December 9, 2017 and January 1, 2018, who purchased full-price in-resort or advance purchase lift tickets directly through Aspen Snowmass. Offer excludes discounted tickets from third party sellers and discounted group tickets.
