Covid-19 Operating Procedures

April 26, 2022 Update -
The health and welfare of our guests, staff, and community is always our top priority. We will continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation and follow the lead of our local and state health agencies. For the latest information please read Colorado's Covid-19 Information or Pitkin County's Covid-19 Information.
With infection rates declining and high vaccination rates in our community, we have dropped all vaccination requirements for guests and employees. We are grateful for everyone’s cooperation through the winter season. We continue to encourage vaccinations and boosters for everyone, but in coordination with local health officials we will no longer require vaccinations for our lodging properties, restaurants, and select activities where they were previously required. We will continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation and follow the guidance of local, state, and national health agencies if things change.
Vaccination Requirements
Mask Requirements
Social Distancing
Currently, there are no plans to operate at reduced capacity in stores, restaurants, or other publicly accessible areas other than reductions due to spacing and capacity requirements put in place by local ordinance.
The company retains the option to change these rules if required by local, state, or federal restrictions or developing operational needs.
Refund Policy
For example, if we are forced to shut down entirely for a total of 25% of the days during our published season dates, then passholders would receive a 25% refund.
