Winding from the top of the Elk Camp Chairlift all the way to Snowmass Base Village, Snowmass Bike Park offers something for every level of downhill mountain bike rider. Our 2,897 vertical feet of purpose-built downhill trails delivers all your favorite aspects of a winter ski experience, without the snow.

And with over 50 miles of classic cross country trails accessible from the top of the Elk Camp Gondola, Snowmass Bike Park can be the epicenter of an endless summer of two wheeled exploration around the aspen tree laden Colorado high country.

Elk Camp Gondola Hours: 10 am - 4 pm (last ride down at 4:15 pm)
Elk Camp Chairlift Hours: 10 am - 3 pm (last ride down at 3:15 pm)

Bonus Bike Nights (Tuesdays, July 11 - August 15) - On Tuesday nights lift-served biking continues into the evening until dusk. Use your daily bike park ticket or purchase a Late Arrival ticket for just $29 and ride from 2 pm until dusk.

Although the Elk Camp chairlift opens as scheduled on Friday, bikes will not be allowed on the lift for the first week (or so) as there is still too much snow. During this time, we will be offering $10 off Bike Park Tickets.


This year, Aspen Snowmass is working with Gravity Logic, world-renowned trail builders on three new bike trails that are scheduled to debut this summer. These will include a green, blue and black trail which will add seven miles to the bike park.
