Right now at Aspen Snowmass, some 1,200 ski and snowboard instructors are getting prepped for another awesome season. But this means more than just waxing skis and watching the snow fall. Our team is full of certified Pros who are taking their career to the next level with additional training on skiing and riding technique, on-mountain safety, and good old-fashioned hospitality.
If you haven’t taken a lesson in a while, you might be surprised to discover what our lessons are like. Ski and Snowboard School isn’t just for kids and beginners. We often serve guests who are looking to take their abilities to the next level — or just want to have the most fun possible on the mountain.

No matter your age or skill level, here are three big reasons to take a ski or snowboard lesson with us this season:

1. Get More Out of Skiing and Riding

Regardless of your skill level, we have a class geared for you. And in that class, you’ll find that our talented Pros know exactly how to target the right areas to improve your technique. This individual attention — even in group lessons — means you’ll feel more confident in your abilities, and more efficient in your technique.
Simple fact: when these things happen, you enjoy your time on the mountain more.

2. Find the Best Terrain

Each of our instructors has a ridiculous amount of knowledge about the four mountains of Aspen Snowmass. In fact, some of them have been skiing and riding here since they were kids. Let them be your guide, and you’ll be dashing through the most premium pockets of snow to suit your abilities.

3. Make a Local Connection

Our 1,200 instructors are some of most passionate and highly trained ski professionals around. Equal parts teacher, mountain guide and local best friend, these supportive pros know how to build your confidence, while leading you to the best places on the mountain.

But they also know our valley inside out, and can help you make the most of your winter vacation.

Want to know where the locals go for a beer and live music? Want ideas on where to take the kids on a day off from the slopes? Our Pros love sharing their home town with guests. In fact, many of our guests come back again and again just to ski or ride with the same Pro.

Life-long friendships? It’s not out of the question.

And if those aren’t reason enough to come join on us this winter, then our guarantee is. If you are unsatisfied with your lesson, we’ll enroll you in another class or refund your money. Put simply, you have everything to gain and nothing to lose.

OK, so that is four reasons.
