The Aspen Training Academy is the Ski and Snowboard School’s in-house training and talent development program. We offer nearly 700 pro training clinics per year, totaling over 4000 hours. Nearly ¼ of our pro training focuses on preparation for PSIA-AASI certifications and specializations. Our pass rates are among the top in the nation at every level. We devote the remaining ¾ to talent development with cutting edge topics that will help you grow as a professional. Our team of 100 trainers are regularly assessed to stay current and at the top of their game. They are committed to creating transformational experiences for you during your training to prepare and inspire you to provide the same for our guests.
