Employee Safety

Employee Safety

At Aspen Snowmass, we are grateful to have the vast wilderness of the Elk Mountains as our playground, and wide open spaces to recreate in. Thankfully, social distancing is a natural part of a life lived outside. We’re also putting in place procedures that will keep our guests, employees, and community safe and healthy.

Throughout the pandemic, Aspen Skiing Company has been committed to protecting the health and well-being of our employees, their families, and members of our community against coronavirus (Covid-19).

Effective Friday, March 11 2022, Aspen Skiing Company will no longer require Covid vaccinations for employees or guests in any of our facilities. This policy change has been made in accordance with Pitkin County health guidelines and the current waning of Covid cases state- and nationwide.

If you are interested in employment at Aspen Skiing Company and want to know more about how this policy affects you, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions.
