Aspen Snowmass Rewards

What it is

The Aspen Snowmass Resort Reward is a personalized credit issued to eligible guests who visited during the 2025-2026 season. It can be applied toward lift tickets, lessons, rentals, season passes, dining, and more across all four mountains.

Credits are available starting September 8, 2026 and expire April 30, 2027.

How to Access Your Resort Reward

Redeem In Resort

Resort Rewards cannot be redeemed online. They must be applied in resort, over the phone, or through Stay Aspen Snowmass.

In Resort: Drop into any Aspen Snowmass ticket office, Four Mountain Sports, Aspen Collection, and on-mountain restaurants located across all four mountains.

Resort Rewards are non-transferable—tied to your Aspen One account and cannot be shared or transferred — but can be applied toward purchases for friends or family.

Resort Rewards expire April 30, 2027, at the end of the 2026-2027 ski season.

Resort Rewards have no cash value and are not available for purchase. They are separate from Aspen Snowmass physical gift cards available in resort.

I received a notification but can't find my Resort Reward in the app- what do I do?

The most common reason is an email mismatch. Make sure you're logged in with the same email address where you received your notification. Still having trouble? Call us at 866-242-0046 and we'll sort it out.

Can I purchase a Resort Reward?

No—Resort Rewards are personalized thank-you credits issued to eligible guests. They're not available for purchase. Looking for a gift? Aspen Snowmass physical gift cards are available in resort.

Can I transfer my Resort Reward to someone else?

Resort Rewards cannot be transferred to another account, but you can apply yours toward purchases for friends or family during your visit.

When can I start using my Resort Reward?

Resort Rewards are available starting September 8, 2026. Products go on sale on September 9, 2026.

Can I redeem it online?

Not at this time. Resort Rewards can be redeemed at any Aspen Snowmass ticket office, through our call center 866-242-0046, or via Stay Aspen Snowmass 866-572-0748. They cannot be applied during online checkout.

Where exactly can I use it?

Aspen Snowmass Resort Rewards can only be used to obtain goods, products or services provided exclusively by Aspen Skiing Company (ASC). Resort Rewards can be redeemed for Aspen Snowmass lift tickets, lessons, food and beverage purchases at on-mountain restaurants, Four Mountain Sports rentals and retail, Aspen Collection rentals and retail, and Stay Aspen Snowmass lodging packages. Redemptions can be made at Aspen Snowmass Ticket Offices, all Four Mountain Sports locations, all Aspen Collection locations, all on-mountain restaurants, or via the Aspen Snowmass Call Center at 866-242-0046. Stay Aspen Snowmass lodging packages can be booked by calling 866-572-0748.
