Aspen/Snowmass will once again host The Meeting, September 23-26, 2010. The Meeting is the premier gathering of snowsports filmmakers, athletes, sponsors, media and fans. 

The 2010 event is celebrating its sixth anniversary and continues to be the cornerstone kick-off event for the ski and snowboard industry each season. The latest snow films will be screened while parties and the fourth annual D&E Fashion Show will surround the films. In addition, private sessions with guest speakers and athletes will allow for spirited discussion on the state of the industry.

Event organizers are currently reviewing movies for The Meeting. Interested filmmakers should send a summary of their movie with a teaser or preview to rsvp@aspensnowmass.com by July 1, 2010. Filmmakers also need to send the following information: the production company; producer, director and editor names; athletes starring in the film; a sponsor roster and tour/screening plans.

New this year, the headquarters for The Meeting will be at the Limelight Lodge www.limelightlodge.com. Special industry room rates will be available.
