Aspen/Snowmass will extend the season at Aspen Mountain on the weekends of April 17-18 and 24-25! Consistent snowfall and cold temperatures have given the resort excellent coverage and the deepest base depths so far this season.
The Silver Queen Gondola, Ajax Express and F.I.S. lifts will be running from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. accessing as much terrain as conditions permit. Patrol will monitor conditions throughout the day and may close certain terrain as needed.
All Aspen/Snowmass season passes are valid as they are during the regular season. Flex Passes are valid for one day each weekend. Additional days for Flex, Classic and Escape Passholders are $19.
Adult lift tickets will be $39 per day, youth and seniors will pay $29 and children’s tickets will be $19. As always children six and under ski/ride for free.
Current season passholders from any other Colorado resort will pay just $29 for their lift ticket.
There will be plenty of entertainment with bands/DJs each day at both the Sundeck and Ajax Tavern:

Starting at 2:30 p.m. - Slightly White at Ajax Tavern
Sunday, April 25
1-3 p.m. - Trenton Allan & The Good Timey Groove Gang at the Sundeck
Starting at 2:30 p.m. - Slightly White at Ajax Tavern
The Sundeck will fire up the grill and will offer food and drink specials. Ajax Tavern will offer après specials from 3 - 6 p.m. including $15 for a burger & pint of beer as well as $1.50 oysters on the half shell and more.

For private lessons, reservations are advised. Please call the Aspen Mountain lesson desk at 970-925-1227. Private lessons meet at the Private Lesson Desk located inside the gondola ticket office.
Kids Group Lessons - $75
10am till 3:15pm - ski & snowboard, levels 5 and up, ages 5 and up
Price includes lunch. Kids meet and finish lesson at the base of Aspen Mountain next to the Max the Moose sign located at the bottom of the gondola steps.
Adult Group Lessons - $75
10:30am to 3pm - ski & snowboard, levels 5 and up
Lesson meets at the top of Aspen Mountain outside the Sundeck restaurant. Look for the ski school meeting sign next to the ski racks. Please allow at least 20 minutes to ride the gondola.
Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk will close on April 4. Snowmass and Aspen Mountain will close on April 11 and Aspen Mountain will reopen on the weekends of April 17-18 and 24-25.
