The Treehouse Kids' Adventure Center
Designed for kids of all ages, this amazing 25,000-square-foot facility is sure to create a lifetime of memories. Scale the Aspen Leaf Climber in the Alpine Climbing Room, explore the Bear Den with your preschoolers or snuggle with your infants and toddlers in the Butterfly Room—hands-on, age-specific activities keep everyone engaged and excited to be in the mountains. The Treehouse is truly a world unto itself, conveniently located and ideally appointed for family fun! COMING IN THE FUTURE...

The new Snowmass Resort is being developed by Related WestPac, a joint venture partnership between Related Companies, a fully integrated private real estate development company, and WestPac Investments Colorado LLC, a diversified Real Estate Investment and development company. In March of 2007, Related WestPac began re-development in Snowmass Village of an 80-acre master planned development befitting a world class mountain resort that respects the community's ideology. Snowmass Resort will be cohesively developed and Snowmass' status as a year-round destination will be greatly enhanced with first-class services, luxury residential, hotel, entertainment venues, dining and shopping amenities.

As a first phase, Related WestPac will bring fresh vision to the one million square foot town-approved development already underway and make base village even more dynamic and accessible. The new base village will include luxury residential units offering various ownership opportunities, hotel facilities and amenities, an aquatic center, fine dining and shopping for residents and visitors.

The first phase of the new base village development is expected to be complete in 2008-2009 and will include new condominiums, conference, arts and events facilities and new restaurants, bars, cafes and retail.

Ski-in/ski-out capabilities upon completion of the entire 80-acre plan will be greatly expanded by connecting all three development sites with gondolas that will move people between Snowmass Center, base village and West Village. Snowmass Center will offer new residential opportunities, neighborhood retail and office space. West Village will offer new hotel facilities, residential opportunities, retail and restaurants.

Through the new LEED* Neighborhood Development Pilot Program, we will accelerate global progress towards ecological sustainability.

The Snowmass development will combine pioneering environmental stewardship with a first-class resort experience. It will create a new model in community and resort sustainable development.

By utilizing modern construction methods and technologic innovations, Related has planned and completed green developments throughout the country that use less energy and water, emit less carbon dioxide (CO2) and minimize waste during construction and over the life of the building. These developments work in harmony with their surroundings, minimize the environmental impact and promote the well-being, productivity and health of all those live and work within the buildings.
