Women's Edge

For more than 30 years, Aspen/Snowmass has been offering Women’s Edge, a multiday performance-based ski or snowboard group-lesson experience for women. Enhance your on-mountain skills while making lifelong friendships.

Offered at: Snowmass

Why Take a Women’s Edge Multiday Lesson?

  • Women’s Edge mixes four days of world-class skiing and riding with top-class, women-specific instruction from PSIA-certified Pros — all in a group session designed to foster camaraderie.
  • For more than 30 years, we have been offering this fun-filled program, and we frequently see guests come back year after year — to refine their on-mountain skills, and to reconnect with friends they met in the camp.
  • Offered January 5, 2015–March 19, 2015, beginning on Mondays and running through Thursdays.
  • Each lesson meets at a designated spot at 9:45am and runs from 10am–3pm. See below for Day 1 meeting places.
  • Reservations are highly recommended.
  • If possible, get your lift tickets and rentals the day before.
  • Note: Beginner skiers and snowboarders should take Beginner’s Magic Lessons.

Policies & Special Considerations

  • Rentals – If renting equipment please allow a minimum of one hour to get fitted on your first day, or if your schedule allows, pickup your rentals the evening before your first day on the slopes. Four Mountain Sports rental shops are located at nine locations throughout the bases of our four mountains.
  • Helmets – Helmets are required for children ages 17 and under participating in all Ski & Snowboard Schools programs. Helmets are also required for all participants, regardless of age, when participating in Terrain Park & Pipe lessons. While helmets may reduce the severity of a head injury, the best way to avoid accidents is to know and abide by the skier/rider responsibility code.
