Our private lessons mix intensive, personalized learning with the freedom to explore any of the four mountains with a dedicated instructor. Learn the best techniques while you discover the best runs on the mountain. Guests frequently hire a single instructor to guide their whole family for the day, while others seek out one-on-one attention. It’s totally up to you.
No matter how good you are, a little coaching can go a long way. Get more enjoyment out of skiing or snowboarding by mastering a new skill or refining your technique with an Adult Group Lesson.
Coaching happens and skills develop when teens and youth are having fun. Daily ski or snowboard group lessons, based on ability, can include coaching for park and pipe, big mountain terrain, bumps, carving, racing and freestyle. Check out our group lessons for youth and teens:

Aspen Snowmass will once again host The Meeting, October 1 -3, 2015. The Meeting is the premier gathering of snowsports filmmakers, athletes, sponsors, media and fans.
Summers were made for the 3-day weekend. Book any 3 nights through Stay Aspen Snowmass and receive a complementary, one-ride gondola ticket.
Revel in a festive and fun night under the moon and stars, with Moonlight Parties at the Sundeck at Aspen Mountain, elevation 11,212 feet. Board the Silver Queen Gondola at 5:30 pm for a ride up Aspen Mountain to a dinner party without compare. Featuring live music and dancing, and drink and dinner specials under a sky of shooting stars, Moonlight Parties are not to be missed.

There are two seatings for group picnics, 11:30 am - 12:45 pm and 1 pm to 2:15 pm. Larger groups (over 150) are encouraged to reserve two seatings. For groups of 150 or less requesting both seatings, there will be an additional charge of $400.
Non-skier guests who would like to attend a picnic at Spider Sabich must make arrangements two days in advance through the Group Services office. (970-300-7681). Transportation will be by snowmobile. Absolutely no injured parties will be transported. There is a charge of $20 plus a $5 deposit per non-skiing guest.
Light up the night at Elk Camp! In honor of the Norse God of Snow, Ullr, Elk Camp at Snowmass is transformed into a nighttime winter wonderland. Guests and locals alike are encouraged to light up the night with friends and family while enjoying old-fashioned winter outdoor activities such as a visit to Ullr’s ghost ship, the Viking sledding hill, s’mores and hot chocolate by the campfire and ice skating. Dance to live music and enjoy an à la carte culinary celebration sure to please any palate. Offered every Friday evening from December 26, 2014–March 27, 2015.

Capacity: 65 people
Enjoy a scenic snowcat ride to this rustic cabin and sample our four-course Colorado cuisine menu and live Western music. $99 for adults and $55 for children. Service charge, tax, and alcoholic beverages are not included. Available 7 nights a week. The cabin seats 65 people and offers a full bar and selected wines. Transportation to the cabin and live entertainment is included.. Meet the snowcat at the Base Village at 5:30 pm. Lynn Britt Cabin requires a minimum of 20 people for the evening.
Private group buy-outs are available all year round with custom menu and beverage selections possible. Lynn Britt is also open for lunch from 11:30 am - 3 pm seven days per week during the ski season.
NEW THIS SEASON Tuesday Family friendly Western barbecue with live music entertains families throughout the evening $65 for adults and $35 for children ages 3 to 11. Service charge, tax, and alcoholic beverages are not included. Meet the snowcat at 5 pm the end of the Snowmass village mall.

An alpine ski hut with casual table settings and an outdoor deck, this full-service restaurant is open for lunch with a daily prix-fixe menu and snowcat dinners on Thursdays. Also available for group lunch seatings and private dinner functions. The Cloud Nine staff will prepare gourmet meals with European flair and sustainable, regional local ingredients. Menu choices include raclette, venison ragout, fondue, strudel variations and vegetarian dishes. Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro also offers international wine and fine champagne.
Dinner: Open to the public on Thursday evenings and available for private dinner functions any other night. $135 per person (subject to change); beverages, tax and gratuity are not included. Snowcats leave the base of Aspen Highlands at 6 pm. Guests depart Cloud Nine around 9:30 pm and return to the village around 10 pm (subject to group preference). Not recommended for children under 10 years of age.
